Ask your assistant very direct questions. Also ask her to come up with 5 days of content. Don't spend time everyday doing the same task that you can have her do in a quick moment. Plan your schedule once per week to knock out the images and the output from your Social Media assistant. Walla life just becomes easier. My cheat: I block out an hour a week and turn off everything to focus on getting content ready. Then utilize a scheduler like meta Scheduler or a app like Later. Let's get creative!!
